ALVAS SHOWROOM / PALOS VERDES - EVENT BOOKING INFO

To reserve the date and time for your event, the hourly rental fee will be paid to ALVAS in advance as follows:

Rental Fee

CLOSED DOORS / SET UP TIME/NO PUBLIC - $25/HOUR

OPEN DOORS /OPEN TO PUBLIC - $50/HOUR

Additionally, at the time of the event ALVAS will calculate whatever your door charge is per ticket, multiplied times all the people occupying the room for that event and determine what is 50% of that dollar amount. If the 50% is greater than your initial rental deposit, then that difference is the dollar amount that will be due to ALVAS that evening.

ALVAS must approve all types of promotions before they are released to the public.
Doors must close @ 10PM unless additional security has been paid for in advance.
